Every enquiry — a project or a job — reaches one inbox and is answered by a person, usually within two working days.
A new project
Houses, farmhouses and resorts, from a plot you already own to a set of drawings a contractor can build from. The more you can say about the site, the more useful the first reply will be.
Send the plot dimensions, the sanctioned bye-laws or the builder’s norms, and one photograph looking at the site from the road. That is enough to say yes or no.
Send a portfolio link rather than an attachment, and name two drawings in it that you drew alone. Archicad is not a requirement; the willingness to model everything is.
A site visit, then a written brief you approve before a line is drawn. Fees are quoted against that brief, in stages.
